What is Invisalign®
Invisalign® takes a modern approach to straightening teeth, using a custom-made series of aligners created for you and only you. Wearing the aligners will gradually and gently shift your teeth into place, based on the exact movements your orthodontist plans out for you. There are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. You just pop in a new set of aligners approximately every two weeks, until your treatment is complete. You’ll achieve a great smile with little interference in your daily life. Because the aligners are removable, you can continue to eat your favorite foods while brushing and flossing to keep your teeth and gums healthy. The best part about the whole process is that most people won't even know you're straightening your teeth.

Dr. Rocha attended a rigorous post graduate residency program that has one of the strongest Invisalign programs, being taught under orthodontists who helped create Invisalign! Dr. Rocha introduced the Itero 3-D digital model scanner to Valley orthodontics, which will allow in office scans of patients teeth. No more messy, uncomfortable dental impressions or visits to the lab for digital scans!
How Does Invisalign Work?
Invisalign utilizes 3-D computer imaging technology to transform impressions of your teeth into a series of customized plastic aligners.
Each aligner is worn for approximately two weeks. They are removed only to eat, brush, and floss.
As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will move - little by little, week by week - until they reach the final alignment that Dr. Rocha has prescribed.
The number of aligners you wear depends on the severity of crowding or spacing you have.
