About Us

Anna brings years of customer service experience to Valley Orthodontics and a great capacity to care for all of our patients and their families. Anna manages the front office and helps our patients and their families with appointment scheduling, treatment planning, financial consultation, and insurance claims.

Anna grew up in San Rafael. She received her B.A. degree in communications from UC Santa Barbara.

Anna lives in San Rafael and has identical twin daughters in college. She enjoys hiking, camping and road trips.

Alison, a Sonoma County native, dove into the workforce early at the age 13-14, starting as a dishwasher at her parents’ Mexican restaurant in scenic Bodega Bay. The transition from scrubbing dishes at 14 to gradually becoming a waitress showcased her work ethic and adaptability.

While waitressing became a love, Alison harbored a dream of delving into a dental career. Her pursuit led her to Santa Rosa Junior College for Dental Hygiene, but the pandemic posed challenges in securing necessary classes. Undeterred, she explored Dental Assisting during this period, eventually discovering her passion for orthodontic work through internships and enrollment.

Outside the dental world, Alison finds joy in fitness, engaging in weightlifting adventures with her boyfriend. As well as small getaways with her partner and family.

Abi is proud to be part of the Valley Orthodontics team, where she helps create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients at every visit. As a dental assistant, she enjoys supporting patients throughout their orthodontic journey and being part of a team that helps people feel more confident in their smiles.

Known for her friendly personality and caring approach, Abi loves getting to know patients and making sure they feel at ease in the chair. She appreciates the positive, family-like environment at Valley Orthodontics and is grateful to play a role in helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Outside of the office, Abi enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and making the most of her time in the community.

Carrie helps keep each patient’s experience smooth from the moment they reach out to Valley Orthodontics. In her role as Patient Care Coordinator, she assists with scheduling, communication, and helping families feel prepared for their visits. She enjoys being a helpful resource for patients and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Carrie brings a calm, organized, and thoughtful presence to the front office. She understands that starting orthodontic treatment can come with questions, and she is always happy to help make the process feel simple and welcoming.

When she is not at the office, Carrie enjoys spending time with the people she loves, finding new local places to visit, and enjoying all that the Bay Area has to offer.
